QEII is a fully accredited public hospital with the Quality Improvement Council. The Centre is purpose built to be a home like environment which is specifically equipped with motel style family units each with their own courtyard. This style of facility supports you and your family having your own space and the privacy for us to work in partnership with you.
There are communal play, lounge, dining and kitchen areas that offer a home like environment for you and your family to relax, attend groups, play, eat and mix with other families.
 Each family has their own bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, nursery and courtyard. There is a playroom and outside play area that is especially popular with the toddlers. Meals are served in a communal dining room where we promote eating a family meal together. High chairs are provided for infants six months or older who are developmentally ready for a high chair. Booster seats are also available for the older child. We are fortunate to be situated in beautiful parkland and there are some lovely places to go out walking. |
